Im not sure were to put this so software was my best guess.

The whole system freezes, cant even CTRL, ALT, DELETE. Doesnt appear to happen in any other games, but i dont play others as often. It seems to happen about 3 battles then freeze.

does anybody have any ideas its starting to become really annoying :wallbash:

    Thanks,

I would 99% put it down to your Realtek onboard sound.
I had the same issue once I upgraded to this motherboard, I ended up buying a dedicated sound card. So glad I did not only did it stop the freezing in BFBC2 but it sounds 10 times better

I might sound a bit stupid but maybe you could try lowering the specs on BFBC2, i found when i played a lot of other games that they froze randomly some times, so i just lowered the specs and it worked like a charm.

Hope i helped, even though i may of been stating the obvious.
