just to clarify - are these switches on when water is flowing or do they turn on when the water stops?
    (i assume the latter)

    Cheers

They turn on when the water is flowing. That's not a problem, as you can easily design a circuit which inverts the signal.

For all the tech specs on this switch, visit the .pdf page :here:.

    I don't have nochex, I'm afraid, I'm on Paypal...

He's the guy who did the block on the left. He's a computerised lathe programmer in Canada, and he designed and manufactured his own block. He has an (old) article at Overclockers.com. Anyway, he doesn't appear to do them anymore, which is a pity, because he did some outstanding stuff...

Jimmy: duly noted. Setting one aside for you. Expect an e-mail.

Olly: Forum won't let me pm you for some reason (possibly this is disabled in your prefs.). Send me a pm instead. I'll set one aside in the meantime.

    OK, two left...

Meanwhile, for you US residents, you should know that the American company Royal Components has just come on-line. This is important because they sell exactly the same switch but with 3/8" NPT thread :here:.

I don't know whether they do individual ones, but go look! Now! :D
