    Hi Guys,

Something happened with Word the other day, I somehow hit an unknown key combination on the keyboard, and it's turned on a weird setting (I think).

If I highlight some text and press 'backspace', the cursor goes to the start of the text and does not delete it. If I press 'delete' then it deletes the highlighted text as normal.

If I start typing with text highlighted, the cursor goes to the start of the highlighted text and types without deleting the highlighted text.

The overwrite / insert thing works as normal, it's only a problem when text is actually highlighted.

It doesn't stop me using word, but is really quite annoying!

If anyone's heard of this setting, please could they tell me how to set it back to 'normal'!!!

    Many thanks :)
