Nice. Is it quick? VTR's of late are rumoured to be a bit asthmatic. The toys are always a bonus on Citroen's though. :D

Quicker than I thought, very strange with such a lite clutch tho, nice short shift gearbox, it also sits nicely in 4th @ 30

The little Citroens hold their value better than the big luxobarges like the c5 and its predecessor the xantia , overall they're good cars , its mostly Peugeot underpinnings apart from the stuff with funny suspension

    ^^

We looked at the 307 and was pretty disgusted at the finish inside, a bit of extra deburring would'nt have gone a miss.

But the C4 coupe is a pretty rare care and has some of the best reviews out there so im not concerned about depreciation, we tried the petrol 1.6 3dr megane and it was pretty sluggish.

If citreon were to stop with this over the top discount thing they always seem to be doing, then i'm sure all of there range would hold there value far better.

I think they look rather cool for a family hatchback. How are they to drive? I've driven a Megane and it was horrific, absolutely zero feel or feedback from any of the controls. I'm guessing the VTR has uprated suspension etc over the "standard" models?

That C4 got the funny wheel which doesnt move in the middle?? Ive got to say I prefer the look to the Megane and it doesnt look as chavvy as a VTR.

Tis quite nice, is that some sort of panaromic roof? Should be quite nippy too being the VTR. I also looked at the meganne and sacked it after driving one. I did like the key-card and handbrake though :)

The suspension is the same across the range, the VTR+ comes with

    Front central armrest
    Driver's seat lumbar adjustment
    Electrochrome rear view mirror
    Heat reflecting windscreen
    17” Alloy wheels
Rear central armrest with storage, two integrated cup holders and space for two pens
    Boot foldaway partition

Plus a few other bits like trim and matched inserts.

Yeah the wheel hub stays fixed, to be honest you never notice but looks cool all the same.

angeltuning do a home remap for the C4 giving you an extra 12bhp bringing it to 122.

Yeah the keycard was pretty funky on the megane just walk up to it and the doors unlock

That's actually a problem: leave your keys in your coat pocket on a peg in the hall way, car parked on the drive outside and the doors will stay open ;)

Looks lovely - I'm not a fan of the digital dash though, I prefer proper guages, with needles and stuff.
