I am wanting to get a gaming mouse, but without the extra button and stuff. http://www.computerorbit.co.uk/Itemdesc.html?ic=LOGRX1000BLK&eq=&Tp= I am thinking of getting a LOGITECH RX1000. The links above. So, what do you think. p.s. Not sure this should be posted here, but it is about PC gaming
It's ok as a budget gaming mouse... I'd personally stretch as far as a Razer Krait or Diamondback which are both 1600dpi (both <£30). There are plenty of other good mice out there but many are £30 - £60. <edit> I'd also invest in a suitable mat. I have the Razer Mantis Control mat which is about £15. PS I'm not a Razer fanboy; there are loads of other good makes out there at similar prices. </edit>
I am buying the same mouse mat as you: http://www.computerorbit.co.uk/Itemdesc.html?ic=RZE060200&eq=&Tp= and thinking about a Razor Diamondback Salmander http://www.computerorbit.co.uk/Itemdesc.html?ic=RZD1600SR&eq=&Tp=
Same here, it has 2 buttons on the side but they don't get in the way at all, + you can set hotkeys to them. I've had a go with a razor diamondback, and I didn't like it compared to mx518
haha thats cool. im still using my old logitech mx510 I got it in 04 back when it was the best mouse out.
It's me again. I was wonding about headsets still on computer orbit. http://www.computerorbit.co.uk/items.html?Cc=HSET-MIC&Bc= ideas.
Got an mx518 here, pretty solid mouse, though I think maybe could be a touch larger for my big hands. On headsets I have been hearing good things about the medusa set (supposedly good 5.1 surround plus a proper mic and not that badly priced)
Ditto I have the G7 for sometime. Amazing mouse. If your an FPS player. This IS the mouse for you. Accuracy is amazing, tracking is perfect, I didn't relise how crap my last mouse was until I got this, Heh. Don't worry about the battery life, it comes with two, one is in your mouse, the other is charging, if your midgame and it cuts out (Will give a warning way before), just swap them over and your sorted for a few days.
