Well its finally time for the GCSE resutls, good luck all! hope u all did well! Anyone nervous? I'm rather chill about it, just annoyed that my mum gettin me up at 8:45 so we can get there 'early' bah! id rather got 11:30 and be last to get em ah well! The results will be same w/e time i go, i know i havent got what i needed so i might as well get it over with! anywho... good luck!
... I got half the batch early (iGCSE, since I live in HongKong), 3C's out of 5 only, omg, the rest failed................ I'm going to pray I get AT LEAST 2 more C's if not...
GCSE's in Hong Kong? I thought they would've stopped after the end of British Rule in Hong Kong? I did well last year, so I wish u luck.
I study in one of the several few international schools from ESF (English Schools Foundation). I just received one more C. Yes that's right out of 9 subjects I took I managed to "scrape" 4 C's, that's pretty sad really. EDIT: Well to make it a bit clearer, the chinese schools do HKCEE which is a point system A=6 you need I dunno how many to pass like 14 or something, my friend got 13 It's all "raw power" and crap I hate it but all Chinese kids seem to be good at Maths
I get mine today (Thursday) for 1 half-GCSE, RE. Needless to say, I'm not going to school to find out what I got.
Well, I got into KGV with 4C's 2D's 1E and 1F... Bit suprising and shocking but I'm not going to slack off this year, I'm going to take it seriously. (Ambition) Back to reality...
Aint that an understatement. The maths (and physics to a lesser degree) dept. in UMIST is at least 50-70% far east asian students
jus got my results and i got 7 B's 2 D's i was like wtf? major shock i was sure i'd failed! so yeh w00t for me
Has anyone got Maths on edexcel? If yeh, what do the numbers underneath mean, ie 90/120 and 480/480? are they the marks for the papers or UMS marks? Oh and I got 4 A*s, 4 As and 3 Bs
