Graphics Ge Force Ti4600 Running Cack Help!

    i got a PNY Ge Force Ti4600 128ddr and its not running very well at all my pc specs are :


    AMD Athlon 1400
    Abit KG7 Raid
    512 DDR pc2100
    40 Gig Hard Disc
    Sound Blaster Live 5.1
    3com Nic
    Dvd Drive
    Cdr Drive
    Cd Rom Drive

    Any Ideas? The drivers i have are the new 2k nvidia ones 30.82 i just get crap scores in 3d mark and my games dont run as well as i think they should.
