    So i got bored of having my mouse stick and repeatedly having to clean the slider pads under the mouse to unstick it...

    problem solved, the epic cheap way :thumb:

    #1 - a £1.99 Ikea plastic chopping board
    #2 - some leftover scraps from plastic 'blister pack' packaging
    #3 - superglue!

    A bit ugly, but the mouse now glides around with next to no resistance :D

    I just wipe mine off ocassionally with soft rag and furniture polish. Not exactly a major cleaning project.
    Now if I could just apply that logic to the rest of the da** house !!
