I have recently moved from a hosted Zimbra solution to Gmail (Google Apps) and everything has gone fine for all users bar one. One of the users is using outlook with the Google Apps Sync for Outlook and they have a work address which is downloaded via pop. However, any e-mails sent to this work address refuse to synchronise via the google sync tool. Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix? It's really irritating as their inbox constantly looks out of date now. Thanks
