Graphics GPU dropping res in BF2042

After playing 2042 for a while the res/detail just randomly drops.

Absolutely no idea why, it never did it before I changed to my current 3060ti.

The temps on the 3060ti are around the 60c mark but after the res/detail drop they sit at around 42c.

There has been a recent update as well.

 

Has the update turned on Dynamic Resolution Scaling? That'll make your game nice and smudgy.

 

OOh that's worth a check but its fine for a few rounds and then drops.

Edit......It was indeed on though, just turned it off so only time will tell (not until tomorrow though)

Ah sorry been unwell and haven't played much.

Haven't had this issue thus far but it's decided to do other weird things like crash to desktop or just lock up, which never ever happened with my 970, there has been a big update since I installed the 3060ti though.
