    looks like the launch will be 3rd week august and cost is $299

    If only that meant it would come in under £200 (at current exchange rates that's £191). But it'll be plenty more than that over here. :sigh:

    Agree with Shirty, sad fact is that $299 means it's be at least £250 here, more likely to be £299.

    since when did companies take the exchange rate into account? they just exchange the $ for a £, I would expect to see it retail in the UK for ~£299

    Well... lucky for me I can order from the states to work. Then they can dispatch to me. All I do is put the IT guys name on the parcel! Good deal eh? Free shipping from the states!

    It wont retail for around £299 when the 670 is around that. The 640 is 70-80 so I reckon £200-£210 is a sensible guess.
