H-pattern gear shifter

Not that expensive, probably about $2.00 for what you need. but you would need to build a programmer too. (not that expensive if you build a JDM)

BTW the mechanism looks good. Are you going to have it kind of spring to between 3rd and 4th like the knobs kind of do in cars?

What sort of bench mill do you have, and could you throw a picture of it in?
