    serial ATA is gonna rock, its romoured to b released 4Q this yr. The reason y the cables are so small is that only 4 wires only exhist in the sleeve instead of the usal 40/80 of IDE.

    Small cables!!!!!

    They are tiny.
    Yeah I heard there were some Motherboards coming out with it already but I am not sure....:cooldude:

    I'll throw in a little about what's going on with SCSI, USB2.0 and firewire too, just for the craic;)

    i hate waiting though...bandwidth to the masses...so im all up for it..:eyebrow: :idea:

    Looks like Soyo has a MOBO coming out with onboard SATA.
