Graphics HD5970 CFX sucks arse. Now brought 3x GTX 580(Vantage Score now added)

    Excellent! I imagine you'll be watercooling them *drools*?

    Hmm, how odd! The only thing I can think of is having more than one GPU affects memory usage (though in theory it shouldn't).

    you can always test this theroy out :) you've got the tools.

    could also due to wider screen, so more stuff needs to be on screen? could 16:9 be more demanding on graphics card than 16:10?

    it's on :D physx should be off i think, so it's easier to compare to ATI results should another mad person turns up with crossfireX 6990.

    and if you anyone can lend me 2 more gtx580, a 1200w PSU, a x58 mobo and an i7 9x0 CPU (wow, that's a lot of stuff for SLi), i'll love to join in........ (won't be returned)

    There's a guy on youtube who is getting 57k with his 980x @4.4ghz and 3x GTX 580.

    It could be down to drivers still needing to mature.
