I've been looking over various specs for a database I'm compiling, and I note that although GF110 family (Fermi 2) supports HDMI 1.4a, NVidia say the maximum digital resolution of all 500 series GPUs is only 2560 x 1600. Can anyone confirm whether this is true? I'm unsure whether cards only offer 1920 x 1080 over HDMI or if they actually support the full 4K offers by HDMI 1.4.

I'm working on a website which will eventually be the most complete online database of GPUs (and eventually older graphics cards), and naturally want the most complete and accurate info I can find :)

Thanks. The site has a lot of useful info on older GPUs (especially non ATI/NVidia), but not the info I am looking for. I've bookmarked it for later :)

I went back over a couple of sites I already extracted info from, and got my answer on the Club3D site. GF110, although it purportedly supports HDMI 1.4a, only supports HDMI resolutions up to 1920 x 1200. 4K only came in with Kepler.
