Motors Head Unit Help!

    I have just got a DVD Head unit and it has 1 cable which has to be connected to the hand break cable?

    How can i do it so i dont have to connect it to the hand break cable?

    I think you mean handbrake, and I guess you join the two wires. RTFM. :p

    That switch is a safety feature.

    but then how can he watch DVDs while doing 100mph on the motorway?

    it will either want the ground or 12v... up to you which you test first! alternativly as Xen0phobiak said, check the manual- see what it requires!
