Okay, this seems pretty odd, but it's the only thing I'm really stuck on right now. A headphone plug on a set of speakers, it really bugs me that when you plug in the headphones, the speakers go totally silent. Is there a way to mod this to keep them from doing this, or even better to where I can wire up a switch to control the action? Thanks.
Well I just drew a quick diagram to ilustrate the way the old plugs worked So what u need to do is create a switch to those prongs. Hope it helps
the speakers will have a contact that is moved out of the way, just follow the wires from it, cut them, and add your switch
I just have a little thing that I have no idea what it's called in english but basiclly you plug it in and you can plug in two devices into it who both get the same signal. what the hell are those things called anyway?
