hey so im running windows xp pro and every time i try to download anything (using browser, utorrent or anything) my comp just freezes up. It will usually work for a few minutes but then the download speed just drops and my computer freezes. This problem only happens when something is being downloaded. any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
