Disaster help @ psone lcd

    bought meself a nice new 'spiffing':hehe: sony psone screen today them official ones, damm sodding cheep soldering iron ive removed the tracks off the bottom pcb, (where u solder on the wires to convert to VGA,),

    now i need your all your guru help :D the header from the mainboard marked cn4 has 12outputs 2 for the power supply pcb, and the other 10 for the other pcb, would anyone be so kind as to be able to draw what each one is or how i wire it up or whateva, i dunno just anything im like totally f00kered :sigh: soldering never was my good point :blush:

    imo you should have just used its component in ;) thats what i do and mine works "ace"

    If you lifted the tracks off the PCB, your soldering iron was too hot for the job. Used a 40W one? 25W is the highest you can go, really.

    I have a 12V Antex iron (about £15,--) for really finnicky work. Takes a bit longer to warm up the solder, but you're not likely to do any damage (for those with real money to spend, an adjustable iron is the best solution).
