help with audio hardware

    i have had my hard drive cleaned and updated and now all of a sudden its telling me that i dont have any audio hardware!

    simplest way to do so in XP is to right-click "my Computer" -> properties -> device manager

    right click your sound card and automatically search for a driver via windows update.
