    I see many pictures of the EXOS coolance wc @ 25-29 c.. it looks quite good..

    however..

    Do... a dual black ice extreme rad, danger den rbx copper cpu block, and a hydor ( 450 gph ) will do the job Better?

    that's probably the water temp on the koolance...

    Yes that BIX/RBX/etc setup will perform better, although probably be louder.

    Bear in mind if you get the Innovatek Fass-O-Matic you'll need a pair of 1/4" BSP to 1/2" hose tail barbs so it'll fit the tuing you like.
    I'm not keen on the Koolance Exos myself, Danger Den all the way :D

    Can anyone tell me a Good.. tested online store that sells quality wc parts and delivers worldwide? ( i tried frozencpu.com , but many things aren't in stock anymore :( )

    telling us where you are based would help? Also try looking at the watercooling links sticky as you will probably find a re-seller in your area.
