i wanna place some UV lights on the bottom of my case because i dont like their current placement on the top and sides of my case, and i have a watercooling setup/and uv reactive rounded cables, and they dotn seem to be gettin enouch exposure to hte UV lights -- i cant stick them on the bottom of my lian-li PC-60 because of the removable drive tray at the bottom. ive removed the drive tray, but the metal part where it "latches" onto is still there, as it is riveted to the bottom of the case -- hwo do i remove this?

For the Lian Li cases, a 3mm HSS metal drill bit should be fine.

I used one on my PC70 and PC60 cases and it was fine.

Just take care when drilling, as when you break through the rivet, the drill will rush forward, possibly banging into you case and scratching it.

I've got a couple of UV cathodes in my PC60, and fitted them without too much bother.

One runs along the bottom of the side panel, and the other across the top of the case under the PSU (it extends into the 5 1/4 bays a wee bit).

drill a pilot hole first right through the rivit and then get a larger drill bit and drill out the rest

you shouldn't need to, most rivits already have a hole in them, just use a bit that's the same size of the hole, then the head of the rivit will just fall off.
