    intel q6600 CPU @2.4GHz
    Gigabyte motherboard
    6GB DDR2 RAM
    250GB HDD
    Nvidia geForce 8400GS 256MB
    Blu-ray drive
    DVD Drive
    450Watt PSU

    Razer lycosa keyboard

    Razer copper head mouse

    19 inch advent TFT monitor

    8400 and unbranded PSU? I'd say not much at all. The only thing in there that looks like it might be worth something is the Q6600. Unless you can sell the system to some bloke who doesn't know the first thing about hardware and only wants a PC for browsing and email.

    It might help if you were specific about the details of each component...e.g. what model m/b, what make & model PSU, what brand/spec is the RAM (why 6Gb btw, is it 3 x 2GB???).

    The RAM is 3 x 2gb
    Runs Windows 7

    You could probably make a fair bit on the ram alone if you took it out and sold it as 3 2Gb kits, even second hand ddr2 is pretty dear these days.
