    Have a 60gb wd ide living in a case with an athlon 64x2 on a msi 939 board with a bfg tech 7800gts 512mb agp with a massive 3gb 2x1024 2x512mb ddr!!!

    Have a few from 1998 fujitsu deskstar (if i recall rightly)
    And a maxtor both 40gb lol

    That remind me that I have a Maxtor DiamondMax 8.4GB from 1998, I haven't tested it for years but it was working last time I checked.

    Couple of 7 yr old Samsung F1 - HD103UJ running in my server both over 53k and 56k hrs, oldest is a Western Digital WD5000AAKS 500GB about 8yrs but not as many hrs as the sammys
