Modding How to remove scratches on alluminium?

    I have a silver anodized alu case (Coolermaster S4000 SX-1) and i have some rather deep scratches over its HDD cage.How can i remove them without messing up the paint or leaving spots?
    I thought of Polishing,what do i need to polish?
