    Morning folks,

I acquired an HP business 6910p laptop from eBay and it arrived this morning. I was led to believe it was in perfect working order with a clean install of Windows 7 on it. However upon powering it on it won't POST and just sits with the fan spinning at full speed. I'm guessing a BIOS Flash would fix this but I can't find anything about a manual BIOS flash - does anyone know?

Failing that any other ideas to why it might not be booting?

I'm going to have to contact the seller and give him a verbal beat down though...

    SJ

Tried a Full bios clear by removing the keyboard and popping out the bios battery, holding the power button for 30 seconds, then connecting it all back up.

And its got itself into a nice rebooting loop as a result...
