I have a few ?'s bout small claims court...

I have to attend small claims court the day after tomorrow as a plaintiff and I was wondering what I should go in with... Do I just show up and explain my case or should I go in knowing what to say?

Also, what procedures and stuff will I be exposed to?

 

Be prepared and don't dress toooo casual i.e. jeans. Know your case inside out and be sure about all your answers to any question thrown at you.
No matter what we think image is very important.
o yea, don't exactly have to memorize what to say but make sure whatever you say is concise and to-the-point.

I was going to go dressed business professional in a suit... think thatd be too much?
