CPU i7 dimensions

    Does anyone happen to know what dimensions the core i7 is? LxWxD is what I need, I want to run some models for waterblocks :D

    thats the plan yeah, but buying my components for the build will be a sort of slow process because I can't dedicate to much of my paycheck to purchases :hehe:

    Does the depth really matter? Surely the mounting hardware will compensate for that.

    You're not thinking about making a pushpin waterblock, are you?!

    no, depth doesn't really matter I just was typing and got on a roll lol

    According to Intel's Core i7 datasheet.. 1.77 × 1.67 inches.

    thanks doco, I search around and couldn't find a datasheet... maybe I was just pulling a stupid and searching bad terms... I suppose searching "i7 datasheet" would have been a good bet but unfortunately I'm really just not that smart sometimes.
