I used IBM rapid resoter ultra 4 once on my laptop once, when I used it it made a whole bunch of 48 meg files that I could not get to and were very fragmented. soon after my computer began to slow down a lot. I tried every thing from virus to anti spyware programs. Now I am convinced that this is the problem. I need to know how to remove these backup files
