Graphics Installed new Graphics card but get low fps in games.

Hey, I installed my 7970 MSI lightning tonight and I updated drivers, flashed bios and removed my old nvidia drivers etc etc.

Those are my bench results.

Can anyone assist me? It's not nice playing on 20 fps in games

WoW, ive noticed my GPU load is 23% when I am not tabbed out....

Im gonna go try arkham city

 

Stupid question but have you ensured the drivers are for your OS ? I just did the windows 8 upgrade last week from xp and forgot to do the drivers, after the driver update my frame rates were smooth again.

to be honest... I think its just WoW and the Drivers. Im gonna double check if there are any nvidia stuff lying arround in registry and just delete it.

15% increase in performance from newer driver and it is just wow being a ****.

Everything else is working smoothly

 

Probably time to stop playing then

 

Wow is not patched for windows 8 support as of yet and it has always had issues with AMD hardware since release.
