Chrome seems to be the fastest, no addons slowing it down! Its own task manager to see what its actually rendering, great developer tools that show you how many miliseconds a resource takes to load and in what order they are to improve website performance.

Oooo, and it updates itself without asking, which imo is great ;)

I have been looking at Chrome again, it is fast and it seems to render things a little better than FF4.
For example I have a Google website which has tables in it. I noticed since FF4 it seems to miss a few of the table lines were as Chrome doesn't.
IE8 also shows all the lines but I hate IE so I won't be using that.

In my experience opera is fastest but i use firefox as i prefer the addons to being ~0.25sec quicker at loading pages.

    Chrome is the fastest.

But a lot of enthusiasts like firefox for its ability to be heavily customized.

Personally though I run chrome v 10 all the time and ie9 for backup.

    All on 64bit windows 7.

I've been using FF for a while now, and I think its the best of the bunch. I recently tried chrome but didn't like it that much so I went back to FF

I cant use anything but chrome atm.

Used to be a firefox fanboy, but firefox got pretty damn slow at one point. Havnt tried the latest release tho, i hear it has improved dramtically.

I always wonder when I see comments like this if you have actually used all the browsers. Google Chrome is noticeably faster than both FF and IE. There is a certain sluggishness of response with FF and IE that you just don't get with Chrome.
