Na i would personally confront him with your manager

 

If he gave it back to you would you drop it?

If so, just confront him and say that if he returns your ipod unscathed and promises never to do something that filthy again you won't get the police involved.

Depends whether you want justice or your ipod back really...!

 

Well thats the line i'd like to use, 'give it back and the police won't get involved', however this admits he took it, and admits he is guilty, and the police will be getting involved, because he cant be getting away with it so lightly, not having a repercussion for this will not stop him from thinking about doing it again, to somebody else, he needs to learn a lesson!

trick him, ask what he thinks of the new ipod touch, and if he gets shifty, grab a nail gun and nail him the wall, the police can then deal with him.

Confront whoever did it, end of, whatever happens after that will just happen i.e. he might **** a brick, he might knock you out, he might just give it back to you.
