Iriver H10 20GB not showing up?

    I just got my Iriver H10 20GB and used the installation disc, but the damn iriver still won't show up anywhere on my computer. I have WinXP SP2, USB 2.0, and Windows Media Player 10. I have tried everything I've found on the internet and at the Iriver website. Please I need help.

    wrong forum, should be in audio visual.

    did you plug the device in then install drivers?

    if so remove everything you installed and the drivers
    then re-install and plug device in after
