    Are Intels new chips supposed to support DDR3 sometime next year ?

    There are already DDR3 boards out.

    EDIT: I like the fact that they can test the chips and get them into production etc, before a chipset is out. Gives us at least working RAM when they do arrive. I want one.

    I have not seen a laptop that supports anything past DDR2 667MHz, why would you need something as fast as DDR3 1066MHz :confused:
