@Cheapskate Indeed it's been a while, but I'm back at it for a change, so I'll cover you for a while :hehe:

Sad to hear about the hurricane damage (and the contractors). Hopefully you'll get things sorted on that front.

Something woke me up early. -Well, This area went from "livable forest" to urban hell, and my property still has trees. I inherited ALL the birds. They sure can yell.
I don't have any 'sink' progress, but there was something I've been picking at slowly since December:

-This winter, GwassGween sprung an absolutely odd leak, and I should report this so no one else makes this mistake. That dent in the pipe is where the O-ring seated and pressed against the tube. I had trouble earlier with plasticizer in the Tygon tubing attacking the softer extruded plastic, and it looks like it made this tube soft enough to deform. On a day of a freeze, it got cold enough inside to shrink everything and cause a massive leak.
So I have parts of GG's internal covers off and regular tube installed. Parts are running loose and calling for tinkering.

-Shout out to @SaaintJimmy :D He inspired me to play around with fiber optics long ago. I wanted to add some subtle light to GG. -cue blurry pic of tiny holes drilled behind fins in GG's GPU cover. I used small plexi tube to meet four bits of fiber to an led. Silicone glue was used for the clear bits, and tub sealant because it was handy.

    -Very subtle in daylight.

-Not crazy bright in the dark. :thumb: Yes, it's pink. I have 100 pink LEDs to burn through.
The result would be a lot stronger on frosted UV plexi with UV LEDs. Here with my high polish, it shoots straight through like a laser.

You'll make a combo with pink and UV led ?

@Dot_Kappa -Sorry for the slow reply. No. I was just suggesting this would work better on a reactive plastic.
