Its the increase in CUDA Cores. I think its going to be a big step up. You can't just triple the amount of CUDA cores in one generation and not expect a huge leap in performance.
Providing the things you are using your GPU for can efficiently use CUDA cores. Which cuts out alot of stuff you might use your GPU for in a laptop.
