Hmm, this is all a little confusing.. I've been considering for a long time to upgrade my 17inch monitor to a 23inch u2311h... But I saw my parent's Samsung 32inch hooked up to their laptop watching movies and it kinda left me confused again. I want to use the monitor to hook up to my ps3, watch tv and for basic computer stuff. anybody have experience using the LE32C430 as a monitor?
a 32" TV as a computer monitor would be dreadful. A screen that size with 1920x1080 resolution would be OK for playing PS3 games, or watching movies but the dot pitch will be huge at that res, and sitting close to it and using windows, or anything other than games will be pretty dreadful. Get the U2311.
