I am getting fed up of all these patent lawsuits and counter-lawsuits. LG are only doing this beacause Sony already have a patent action against them. I am sure that at the end of the day it is the consumers that get shafted. Does anyone know of a technology company who is not suing or being sued by another technology company? If so, please let me know so I can advise the relevant legal team! Jeez - I knew I should have done law! All IT ever got me was lost weekends and a game habit!
Lol - if I had done law I might have a gaming habit I could afford ;-) Maybe the lost weekends would have been somewhere exciting rather than in an office baby-sitting software and hardware releases too!

Great timing on Microsofts part then, as some UK Retailers have dropped the price of the new 250GB 360 from £200 to around £160. That will really annoy Sony, with their consoles being kept at the port and the 360's flying off the shelf quicker than usual. Sam
While that is correct. I have never owned, nor do I ever intend to buy, a PS3 or any other PS[i++] so I will avoid said shafting.
The Judge has ruled in Sony's favor and LG has been slapped with the bill for the court fees (and ordered to pay even more for each day missed on the due date).
