Photos Liege-Bastogne-Liege 2007

Every year, I go to see the cycling event of Liege-Bastogne-Liege with a couple of friends. We always take a lot of pics

Liege-Bastogne-Liege takes place in the Belgian Ardennes and is considered to be one of the hardest 1 day races, it's one of the classics. Here are a few pics (resizing them didn't do much good to their sharpness unfortunately). Pics are taken with my Canon 30D and the superb 17-55 2.8 IS lens.

Just past the top of the Côte de la Roche:


At the famous Côte de la Redoute, the favorites are long gone and here are some of the lesser climbers...it hurts...

I would like to see some shots that emphasise the motion and speed of the riders.

 

well I don't have any of those I'm afraid. This year I focused on still motion, next year I'll probably go for panning shots. Don't want the shots to look the same every year you see.
