A distracting picture over a machine that could rip your arm off...:worried: At least she's over a lathe with a full guard.
It's looking really good. I like the insets for the access panels. Most people working with fiberglass would add material until the frame fit. You went at it very differently. You still might want to add something to the middle points. This rig looks like a, 'hug to lift' setup, and that will cause a lot of stress on the shell.

Are you going to add feet? If you place them just right, you could get this to look like it's floating. (-just a random idea.:D)

Hi thanks for the comments and sorry for the distracting women in the pictures I will try to keep them out of the pictures the next time. I just anodised the 2 back brackets because these will be glued to the case. By glueing it to the inner frame it will have extra support to the outer shell. In order to let this look smooth I need to glue the 2 brackets to the shell and Finnish the edges with plaster. If it is glued to the case I can't anodise it any more. The rest of the inner frame will be anodised as well but this will be done by a other company because it is a lot of work to do all the little things.

Mr. Jay can you tell me what parts you exactly want to have and will see what I can do.

No I am not going to make extra feet for the case I was thinking to put little rubber pieces just under the corners so it will stand on rubber in stand of the hard floor.

    The to pieces black anodised:

Here are the 2 black pieces glued to the case with 2 component plaster:

Hi, It is finally nearing completion so I got some new stuff to show you guys. After the process of sanding and plastering etc. Because I don't have a place or the equipment to spray paint the case myself I gave it to a Pay 'n' Spray shop to let them paint it in a lime and black color. Also I got some new hardware to put in to this case.

First of I will show you how the underside of the side panel will stay in place.
    The 2 blocks in place:

Yeh my case is back. Here I am trying to make the sound insulation foam to the correct size:

Here you can see the sound insulation foam stuck in place:

Front view of the case with sound insulation foam without anything else:

    New hardware:
1x black rubber frame for PSU.
    1x corsair H60 CPU cooler.
2x MSI R6870 hawk graphic cards.
    4x nexus rubber fan hangers
    4x aero cool silver lightning fans. (1x92mm 2x120mm 1x140mm)
6x black pci slot cover plates.

2 New graphic cards and 1 is out of the box to show:
