If I put in a code to extend my subscription, will I lose the time left from my current card?
i.e. My time expires at the end of January, if I type a 12 month code in today will my subscription run out at the end of December 2009 or the end of January 2010?

To be fair, they don't really need to be - if you add time before the end of your current subscription, even if you expect it to overwrite your current subscription details, it's not going to matter any.

If it were the other way, they'd have to be extremely clear on the matter, and they'd have been slated since the inception of the Live service. :)

Yeah that's pretty much what I expected, but Microsoft's shafted me over my expectations in the past.

Just checking as I've only been a member since after last Christmas.

    Cheers for the clarification, guys!
