    This is my first photography post on this site, with many more to come.

    I was thinking of writing a bit about myself, but couldn't come up with much.

    Those stairs would've made a great entry for this month's POTM! Lovely set of shots, well composed and exposed. :thumb:

    Absolute fantastic photos, a shame they weren't around yesterday in time for the compo!

    Only criticism I have is on the escape artist shot, it seems to be lacking something. The focal point is great, but the background is rather plain imo.

    The stairs are my favourite, they have such texture I can almost feel them! Wonderful, wonderful image.

    Prison built in 1813, closed in 1991.

    How do you get access to these wonderful sites?
    Do you just give yourself permission
    and break into building where people wanted to break out of?
