I have an acer aspire one, and I'm looking for a small mini PCI-E card for adding bluetooth and wireless N to my netbook. N isnt critical at the moment, but if I'm replacing cards I might as well add it.

I search around and can find mutterings of an atheros all in one chipset, but cant find any actual card that I can order.

I found this http://www.logicsupply.com/products/aw_nb037h and it looks like it would work, but wondering if anyone else has done similar and have recommended adapters. The current wireless card is about the size of the linked one, but there is space for 2-3x as long inside the laptop.

    Thanks!

I've very limited experience with this kind of thing, I've swapped a couple of Mini PCI wireless cards, like for like, but that's about it.

Search fleabay, there's a whole plethora of different Mini PCI Wireless cards on there, very reasonable too.

Hmm, looking at other sites, it appears that card is indeed an atheros chipset, though they dont advertise it there. Oh, and just noticed that free space in my laptop was actually a 2nd mini-PCI-e slot, full size and this one is half size. Though this is probably the best solution since I have only 2 antennas and another card would require 2 more.
