I'm Looking for a clear material like acetate that i can print an image onto...preferably something with a sticky back so i can slap it onto an window like a sticker. Can anyone think of anything? I was just gonna try and use a sheet of acetate and maybe either glue it onto the window or sandwich it between 2 sheets and join them up...but if i could find a stickybacked printable clear material that would be rockin. =]
You can get non-adhesive stuff for overhead projectors that you can print on that are nice and clear and get good results off of a bubble jet printer. You can also find at a Staples or other office supply (also found it at BestBuy and the like) some transparent adhesive sheets for your printer but in my experience, it isn't as clear as the overhead sheets because of the adhesive. also http://www.bit-tech.net/article/89/ http://www.bit-tech.net/article/88/ and http://www.bit-tech.net/article/42/
I doubt youll find sticky back transparencies, cos the glue will mess it all up, you can get the A4 clear sheets that should be easy to secure behind your window, unless its that big
They do make those clear window stickers that you can buy with all those other paper products in walmart and such...they attach without glue and are easily peeled off.
