ok my car tax (uk) is up tomorrow i went looking for my v11 application form and i cannot find anywere, can you request a replacement or do you need to have this form im led to believe all you have do is bring reg certs instead and ur previous disk as well as other standard docs im i right??
You should be able to take the V5. Failing that ring the DVLA for your renewal reference number, then do it online.
i think theres another form you fill in, its got a similar name, like v111 or v11a.. but its essentially the same as what they send you, but you have to fill it in yourself, just fill it in in the post office queue
Do it online? I can't remember what you need, but I'm betting you don't need a v11... [edit]Here's the page. Sounds like you only need your V5.
