*miffed* Don't mention Dell. 1. My bro's laptop was ordered and shipped, UPS said they never got it, Dell said they did and somebody stole it. The entire ordeal took a couple of months and we ended up with a Toshiba from Circuit City. 2. The HDD in my sister's Dell crashed after 6 months. Though I guess I can't blame it on them it was put vertically in the front lower part of the case, uncooled and blocking a potentially good source for air. Although others have had good exeperiences though
