Does anyone know how long a QWERKeys order usually takes to be shipped or even processed? I ordered my stuff Monday (8th), and aside from the Order Confirmation email I've not heard anything.. 3 days seems like quite a while to get an order together.

Just read the 4 weeks lead time.. I think I might be asking for a refund, 4 weeks is far too long to sort out an order.

Well, that's a refund asked for. Probably cheaper to place an order at WASDKb's. Ah well, we'll see how long they take to refund the money (asked for it within 2 days).

I would avoid WASD, they are nasty OEM profile!

It is difficult as you have to wait for most stuff to come up, maybe post a thread over at GH asking for a Pure compatible key set?

Yeah, I don't have enough posts there to put up a WTB sadly, and the rest of the forum seems unwelcoming. Plus there's not really any decent sets out there I've seen (then aghain I've been looking for like a week) thanks to this sodding right shift :p

    EDIT:

Well, after a few emails, he's trying to speed up the order, still, 4 weeks to get the keycaps made seems stupid -.-

It is a friendly enough place, I hate all the new member threads and I get the impression that most members feel the same way.

These things take time, I still don't have the right set up and I have been doing it for a year!

Looking at the Spy thing, half the threads are "OH HAI GH!!!", I can see why myself, they're killing it!

I couldn't find a Poker with browns, new or used :(

I don't see the point in new member threads, just have one file everyone!

I just "pre ordered" a CM Storm QFR with browns from Scan. Though what is strange is that it seems to have gone through like a regular order with a provisional delivery date and doesn't show in my list of pre ordered items on my account...

Would be great if I could get it really soon. The reason I pre ordered was to stop me from trying to buy every other sub £80 mechanical keyboard! :hehe:

Interesting... used as O rings I presume?

In a sense, it doesn't effect the typing experience but it dampen the sound of the key on the return stroke.

You should have bought ANY poker and done a stem swap. God knows lysol and I have a ton of brown stems we'd be willing to sell for cheap

Probably, but seeing as this was my second board, I didn't want to get too adventurous..

It really isn't that hard at all bro, it would take like 3 hours to do start to finish. Just pull the top of the switch off, remove old stem, insert new stem, put switch top back on, repeat.

Also, just got the mail 5 minutes ago and got this little guy

Always ask here or at GH, someone's always there to help ^___^

Well you do have to desolder the 7 switches that have LEDs, but that isn't hard either
