Out of curiosity, about how many feet of the nylon braid do you need to sleeve an enermax PSU? Obviously not the 25 feet they sell on rolls. :D

Deviate, I've heard around 10 feet to cover all the PSU wires. I believe Phire (or someone else) mentioned this specifically elsewhere.

Done 3 to 4 enermax, including my own 431watt and it ranges about 12-15 feet for enermax. They are the longest I have sleeved.

EDIT: Deviate I may have asked this before, where you at in Fla?

I tried to use the braiding on an 80 ribboned IDE. Obviously I messed up as it is a complete nightmare to try and reconnect the cable to the connector :(

I'm in the thriving metropolis of Jacksonville. :D And still people give me dirty looks when I ask about windows and blow holes. :eyebrow:

RadioShack heatshrink sucks! Talk about looking like electrical tape. I was a little hesitant about ordering a whole spool of braid from Jameco, but now I think I'll go ahead. Then I can braid my other codegen PSU too.
