    Aren't most consoles hooked up to TVs? Never seen a 1440p TV...

    Maybe some people hook'em up to screens for the refresh rates.

    Plenty of people have a console hooked up to the same monitor they use for their PC, though. Useful for people tech savvy enough to know what QHD is, especially if it has a decent positive effect on frame rates... Though I suspect there will be a few people that start moaning that game X runs better on their mates PC monitor than it does on their expensive 4K TV...
