    And the government wants us to trust these ISP with a dedicated search engine of our internet history, if they can't even keep their own upgrade system secure how the hell are they going to keep a searchable database shared between all ISPs and police forces secure.

    Why would you think they will make your data secure? If they cared about you or your data they wouldn't propose such a system in the first place.

    Updated with a statement from Three's chief executive which claims that around 134,000 customers, rather than three million, have been affected by the breach.
